Her work is mostly inspired by her own thoughts. "When the traffic in my head gets too much, i pour it out onto the paper." in an attempt of trying to understand her own mind and reality.

Arty is a fun-loving artist who lives in Jan Juc, Victoria.
His pieces vary in mediums, alongside his forever evolving style, which pave the way for fun and experimental art-making. His art is majorly influenced by the environment, political issues and humour.

Both her art and writing have always been outlets for Sophia to express the constant stream of thoughts and themes running through her mind.

"My art is almost always mixed media as i like to portray fragments of society into my art. By using mixed media I portray the emptiness of the materialistic society and paint images next to it that capture darker themes, that may be unsettling from a privileged state."
​
Her poetry can also be viewed as she likes to write about the oppressed, damaged and outcasts "because although their lives are dark and upsetting they hold importance and even beauty."
